Chill-N Nitrogen Ice Cream, a made-to-order nitrogen ice cream shop, is opening on July 8 in Brentwood.
Here’s how Chill-N works:
- Choose a portion size and an ice cream base (milk, yogurt, or alternative-milk option like coconut, almond, or oat)
- Pick a flavor
- Add in toppings: candies, cookies, cereal, fresh fruit, sauces, nuts, and more
- The ice cream is then flash frozen using liquid nitrogen at -320° Fahrenheit
The new Brentwood location is incorporating Nashville flavors into its menu too, by partnering with Goo Goo Cluster for a tasty combination of nuts, caramel, nougat, and milk chocolate, plus honey from Williams Honey Farm.
“With nitrogen ice cream, it’s a fun, creative, and immersive experience that results in the creamiest, most velvet-textured, and best-tasting ice cream you’ll ever have,” says Wesley Langlois, owner of Chill-N Nitrogen Ice Cream Brentwood.
In celebration of their grand opening, the shop will be giving away free small ice creams with two Mix-N’s on July 8 from 1 to 10 p.m., limited to one per guest.
