In preparation for its spring 2021 opening, Assembly Food Hall has announced two new restaurant partners that will join its downtown line-up—beloved Nashville staple Coco's Italian Market and Restaurant and new-to-Nashville sushi restaurant Hōru Sushi Kitchen.
Coco's Italian Market and Restaurant will operate two locations in the Assembly Food Hall space. Coco's Fresh Italian will feature pasta made on-site, and subs and grilled panini sandwiches on homemade focaccia. Coco's Café & Dulce will serve up Italian sweets including homemade cannolis with a variety of fillings, tiramisu, cheesecake, and limoncello mascarpone cake, in addition to Lavazza coffee and espresso.
The downtown food hall will also introduce new sushi concept Hōru Sushi Kitchen. With more than 20 years experience in the art of sushi, Chef Chin "Steve" Liang operates his flagship restaurant at the food hall's sister property, Legacy Hall, in Texas. Working with premium sushi-grade fish imported directly from Japan and Hawaii, Hōru Sushi Kitchen will feature the freshest sashimi daily and innovative items such as the Ahi Tuna Tower, Truffle Salmon Roll and Hurricane Shrimp.
The massive multi-level dining and entertainment venue will feature over 20 eateries, multiple bars, two full-service restaurants, live music venues, and an expansive rooftop terrace.
