Superica
The Tex-Mex eatery will feature margaritas and delicious food evolving from the cultures and traditions of Mexican immigrants to Texas. In partnership with designer Smith Hanes, Superica will be a colorful outpost reminiscent of Texas dance halls and Hill Country eateries, tied together with vintage artwork by local artists including hand-forged metal chandeliers formed with vintage bicycle seats.
Chef and owner Ford Fry, alongside native Texan chef Kevin Maxey pay homage to the Tex-Mex playbook classics they remember from growing up in Houston, eating in cafes owned and run by the locals. They've also added more evolved dishes such as wood-grilled fajitas and shrimp tacos always served with just-made flour and corn tortillas.

Locally produced spirits, agave spirits and house-made margaritas will round out Superica’s adventurous wine and cocktail list as guests enjoy live music on the weekends, including a live video stream from Star Rover Sound.
Superica’s look and feel draws from an eclectic, casual live music vibe (think Willie and Waylon meet Black Keys and Austin City Limits), playing throughout the restaurant.
The large leather strapped bar, hand laced and topped with a bold concrete top features shelves made of cowboy-ready rebar and vintage wood, sporting a collection of America’s best tequilas.
The outdoor patio features a 60s inspired carport roof with lush outdoor seating for enjoying endless margaritas.
Beyond the patio, guests will find avocado chairs and vintage lounge furniture alongside a stage for live music boding local artists and fan-favorite acts.
