If you think catching a flight to California is the only way to experience the wonders of wine country, think again.
The globally inspired and seasonally sourced restaurant Sixty Vines has arrived to Fifth + Broadway, offering a splash of Napa food and wine downtown. With a come-as-you-are environment and fresh, relaxed atmosphere, the contemporary eatery invites locals and visitors alike to explore some of the best wine regions in the world, right from their Nashville rooftop.
Located on the third floor of Assembly Food Hall, Sixty Vines occupies 16,000 square feet and provides private dining, a greenhouse patio, a full bar and scenic rooftop views of Music City. The full-service restaurant comes as a welcome and highly anticipated addition to the massive multilevel destination, which features more than two dozen eateries and bars in addition to multiple music stages.
“We believe the inclusion of Sixty Vines’ full-service dining concept is an important addition to Assembly Food Hall,” says Joseph A. Magliarditi, President and CEO of The Food Hall Co. “We have created a fully comprehensive dining and entertainment destination in downtown Nashville that further differentiates our concept from other food halls. This achieves our broader goal of being a community hub in first class mixed-use projects like Fifth + Broadway.”
Known for its wine-on-tap program, serving more than sixty wines in kegs, guests can sustainably sip wines by the flight, glass, or reusable bottle while enjoying breathtaking views overlooking Broadway and the Ryman Auditorium. Each keg contains roughly twenty-six bottles of wine and will be reused to hold around 1,500 bottles in its life for wine that’s as kind to the planet as it is to the palate. The process not only ensures optimal taste by providing a longer shelf life and proper temperature, but it dramatically reduces the carbon footprint and positively impacts sustainability. Sixty Vines estimates it will save more than 50,000 bottles and corks from landfills in its first year of operation in Nashville alone. The restaurant encourages “enjoying abundance” through family-style dining including must-try favorites like pizzas, pastas, seasonal proteins, cheese boards and much more.
Delectable cuisine made with the freshest ingredients (many sourced locally), seasonal menu items and farm-to-table offerings make for beautiful pairings to be enjoyed with an exceptional assortment of wines. By cultivating personal relationships with many of the most revered winemakers in the world, Sixty Vines offers many exclusive wines in kegs—allowing every guest to get “as close as you can get to drinking straight from the barrel.” Cocktails and local beer on tap round out the bar program, providing options to satisfy every craving.
“Bringing Sixty Vines to Nashville is incredibly exciting,” says Jeff Carcara, CEO of Sixty Vines. “It’s a city full of adventure and discovery. We’re confident we’ll offer something truly unique for both locals and visitors by bringing wine country to Broadway.”
