FRANKLIN FIZZ
Ingredients:
- 1 oz Aperol
- 1 oz Dry Gin
- 3⁄4 oz Lemon juice
- 1⁄2 oz Orgeat
- Egg White
Directions:
- Add all ingredients to a shaker. First, dry shake with the egg white.
- Then, add ice to chill and shake again.
- Double strain into a coupe glass and garnish with grated almonds.
