As the Nashville Design Collective—a multi-vendor, one-stop-space filled with showrooms from some of the most incredible names in the home décor world—prepares to open its chic doors this fall, we’re getting to know some of the vendors who will inhabit the 45,000 square-foot converted mop factory. From lighting to flooring, here are some of the dazzling design teams coming to Nashville in the months to follow.

The Savannah-based Circa Lighting will open its latest outpost at the Design Collective. Featuring an extensive assortment that includes decorative collections from design favorites like Kelly Wearstler, Thomas O’Brien, Ralph Lauren, Kate Spade New York, and more, the space will offer chandeliers and ceiling fixtures, sconces, table lamps, floor lamps, outdoor fixtures, and architectural lighting products. Additionally, the space, which will be open to the public, will have conference areas for meetings and scheduled consultations with expert members of the staff who can help make difficult design decisions on any project. Circa chose Nashville for its new location because of the area’s clientele.
“We have many longtime (and new) customers in Nashville, who, until now, have worked exclusively with our national sales center or ordered online,” says creative manager Colleen Maag. “We are thrilled to finally have a brick-and-mortar shop where everyone can see our fixtures in person, attend fun events, and take advantage of the design services offered by our local staff."
As for the decision to open in NDC, Maag says it was a no brainer.
“We love having a presence in design centers because of the convenience factor—customers can find all their favorite vendors in one place,” she says. “We know we’ll be in good company.” circalighting.com

This Atlanta cabinetry institution (since 1979) will bring its award-winning cabinetry and millwork, plus their long-term relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and homeowners across the country to Nashville when they open their second location at NDC. The showroom will include eight vignettes ranging stylistically from the most traditional to the most contemporary and everything in between. Each showcase will have different style flooring and architectural details to bring the space to life.
“The city of Nashville is in quite a renaissance at the moment and with that comes opportunity and excitement,” says designer Richard T. Anuszkiewicz. “We have been doing so many projects in Nashville that it seemed like the natural next step to open our second location in this thriving market.”
As for the choice to open that second location at NDC, Anuszkiewicz says it was an easy one.
“There is such a wonderful and strong design community present in Nashville,” he says. “For years the design community hasn’t had a go-to home base for industry events or product resources. The Nashville Design Collective is a means to cultivate a stronger network and promote inspiration.” designgalleria.net
Textures Nashville
Supplied
Already a staple in the Nashville design and décor world since its opening in 2004, Textures Nashville provides beautiful, custom-made and turnkey flooring solutions. Trade partners and clients rely on their quality service and bespoke flooring as a foundational component in the design process of iconic homes, hospitality centers, and other spaces. Despite already having a location in Nashville, the team at Textures knew they couldn’t pass up the opportunity to set up shop at the Nashville Design Collective.
“When we heard about the NDC, we were immediately intrigued and decided to relocate showrooms from our current location near the airport,” says co-founder Andrew Denny.
“Our showroom will be a reflection of why we are different—we will display the largest collection of custom made hardwood flooring options in the south, along with hundreds of fine carpeting options that can be used for custom area rugs and stair runners. Our showroom is filled with natural sunlight, so the beauty of our products will be on full display. Our interior design team (Powell Architecture and Design Studio) did an amazing job laying out the space to make it clean and crisp.”
Further setting Textures apart is their podcast space, which is integrated into the showroom.
“We will host guests including architects, interior designers, and others that impact our industry so that we may share the stories and people behind beautiful spaces,” says Denny.

Kolo Collection

Kolo Collection, a high-design, high-quality premium outdoor furniture and accessory store based in Atlanta, will bring their love of design and commitment to quality to NDC. Their showroom, which will include a 1,600-square-foot outdoor space with city views, will house vignettes from vendors, allowing customers to see, touch, and sit in many of the products. Kolo mixes textures, colors, and manufacturers, so each space will feel personalized and authentic—never cookie cutter. Greg Martin, who founded the company alongside his wife, Michelle, in 2003, says the location was a huge draw in opening a Nashville showroom.
“Nashville has always been a strong market for us—both with designers and [customers]. For years, we looked for the right space and location, but it wasn’t until the NCD came along that we felt strong enough about a location to pull the trigger. Once we saw the plans and the vision for creating a small design center that will work with both the trade and the end user, we were sold.”
He says by setting up shop in a design center, the company is able to be part of the bigger picture for their clients.
“Kolo Collection and our outdoor living products are just one part of a person’s living space,” he says. “By partnering with the NCD we will have the synergy of all the other components for the home.” kolocollection.com
Christopher Peacock Cabinetry

Christopher Peacock began his cabinetry career in the early eighties ,working at Terence Conran’s furniture store in London. Since launching Christopher Peacock Cabinetry in 1992, beginning with a kitchen display in a small store in Greenwich, Connecticut, he has expanded his empire to include showrooms throughout the U.S. and Europe, with locations in Chicago, Boston, San Francisco, New York City, and more, plus international shops in Cannes, Cote D’Azur, and London.
“Our company and brand is recognized as the ultimate in luxury cabinetry design, gracing beautiful homes in the United States and internationally,” says Peacock. “I have designed and installed rooms of cabinetry for U.S. presidents, as well as many other celebrity and notable clients. Most importantly, I am proud to say that we design and make our own cabinetry in West Virginia, and we are 100 percent Made in America.”
In order to showcase Peacock’s exclusive cabinetry, the showroom will represent the brand’s full scope of options, with five complete rooms of cabinetry, including a paneled room, three kitchens, and a ladies bathroom and dressing room.
“The cabinetry is bespoke, made to order, and individually-tailored for our private clientele, so you should expect to see highly detailed and realistic scale to our room sets,” Peacock says. “Think of us as you would a couture designer clothing store, but for cabinetry.” peacockhome.com
