What’s an organization or non-profit that’s important to you?
Each year around the holidays, I find so much fulfillment and joy giving back to my hometown community with a focus on the kiddos. We continue to spread the love around to multiple children's outreach organizations. The smiles I get to see are priceless.
What is your secret to looking and feeling great?
I try to keep it fun and enjoyable when it comes to both fitness and eating, which has resulted in a revolving regimen. I’ve suffered through being too strict and hard on myself and have realized I enjoy life way more and feel more confident if I’m not stuck in rigid boundaries.
