The annual Frist Gala and accompanying patron dinner are the primary annual fundraiser for the Frist Center for the Visual Arts. Among the premiere social events in Nashville, this Gala nets more than $600,000 each year to support the museum's education and outreach programs. Frist Gala Honorary Chairman Mrs. Thomas F. Frist, Jr. and Gala Co-chairs Mrs. Adam B. Dretler with Mrs. Toby S. Wilt, Jr.
 welcomed corporate and civic leaders from across Middle Tennessee.
