Development team OliverMcMillan Spectrum | Emery and Cushman & Wakefield welcomed approximately 80 area business leaders and brokers for a special event update on the Fifth + Broadway development and its office tower 501 Commerce. Hosted at the Ryman Auditorium, guests enjoyed specialty drinks, dinner by Johnny Haffner Catering, and an update on the transformative downtown project that has completed demolition and begun construction.
Most recently, the project announced The Food Hall Co. had signed a 90,000-square-foot lease to offer diverse dining and entertainment options. In all, the project will deliver 235,000 square feet of strategically important retail and entertainment (including the National Museum of African American Music), 385,000 square feet of Class-A office space at 501 Commerce, over 380 residential units, and more than 2,000 parking spaces.
