Nashville Diaper Connection president Doug Adair, Tiffany Jarrell
On Friday, March 11, Dell Technologies Nashville office partnered with the Nashville Diaper Connection to host a family friendly community event at the Sonesta Hotel. Dell team members, friends and family came together in-person to commit time to make a difference and to celebrate the impactful cause.
More than 22,000 diapers were wrapped to be passed out to families in need. One in three families in Nashville struggle to afford diapers, and the Dell team made a measurable impact in the lives of their neighbors. In addition to the wrapping, Dell announced the Dell Grant winners for the Diapers to Diplomas program.
The Diapers to Diplomas program provides infant and toddler diapers to parenting students to promote degree completion. Scholarship recipients receive 200 diapers a month to reduce family pressures and financial challenges. 128 individuals were awarded the grants in the Nashville area.
