On November 5, the Tennessee Historical Society commemorated the 100th anniversary of the end of World War I with a luncheon sponsored by Cumberland Pharmaceuticals at the new Tennessee State Museum.
Speakers included Jennifer D. Keene, PhD, a Fulbright scholar and president of the Society of Military History and author of three books on America's role in WWI, and Michael Birdwell, PhD, the foremost authority on Sargent Alvin C. York.
