As our social calendars stagnated this spring, some of our favorite big events were already putting plans in place for their postponed gatherings. Here are just a few new dates to start plugging in now.
Bloody Mary Festival
The highly anticipated Bloody Mary Festival is rescheduled for July 25, for guests to sample and vote on the best Bloodys in Nashville, at Track One. (Originally scheduled for March 14.) thebloodymaryfest.com/Nashville-3-14-20
Chihuly at Cheekwood
Chihuly at Cheekwood is rescheduled to open on July 18, and will continue through January 10, 2021, where visitors can view the new, large-scale installations in the gardens of the estate. (Originally set to open April 25.) cheekwood.org
Bonnaroo
Bonnaroo Music & Arts Festival- packed with a highly-anticipated lineup of performers- has been rescheduled for September 24 to 27. (Originally scheduled for June 11-14.) bonnaroo.com

- Mary Poppins: Nashville Repertory Theatre’s magical production of everyone’s favorite nanny- Mary Poppins- has been rescheduled for July 2-11 at TPAC’s James K Polk Theater. (Originally scheduled March 26-April 5.)
- Heather McMahan Live: McMahan will now be bringing some much-needed laughs to TPAC’s James K. Polk Theater on September 2. (Originally scheduled for April 15.)
- David Sedaris: Master of satire and humor writer, David Sedaris’ show at TPAC’s War Memorial Auditorium has been rescheduled for September 25. (Originally scheduled for April 17.)
- The Last Podcast On The Left: Nashville Comedy Festival’s The Last Podcast On The Left will now be coming to TPAC’s War Memorial Auditorium on August 15 to “edutain” audiences with a live show in support of their new book. (Originally scheduled for April 18.)
- Laura Akins: Live in Love Tour: Laura Akins’ moderated talk has been rescheduled for August 15, at TPAC’s James K. Polk Theater, where she will discuss her first book, Live in Love, discussing her love story with Thomas Rhett. (Originally scheduled for May 2.)

Mars Petcare St. Patrick’s Music City Half Marathon
The 2020 Mars Petcare St. Patrick’s Music City Half Marathon, 10k, 5k, and Lucky Dog 1 Mile Wag ‘n Walk, benefiting PEDIGREE Foundation, has been postponed. Rally on the Runway
The 5th Annual Crew Aviation Rally on the Runway, benefitting Rally Foundation for childhood cancer research, has been postponed. A rescheduled date has not yet been selected, but the Rally Foundation is targeting late summer or early fall for a new date as they continue to work through the details with partners and supporters. Academy of Country Music Awards
The 55th Academy of Country Music Awards has been rescheduled for September 16 at 7 p.m. The Awards will still air live on CBS, and be hosted by Keith Urban. (Originally scheduled for April 5.) acmcountry.com
Coachella
Both weekends of the highly anticipated, Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival in Indio, California, have been rescheduled, and will now take place on October 9 to 11 and October 16 to 18. (Originally scheduled for April 10-12 and April 17-19.) coachella.com
Stage Coach
Indio, California’s country music festival, Stage Coach, has been rescheduled for October 23 to 25, with a lineup of country music’s hottest stars. (Originally scheduled for April 24-26.) stagecoachfestival.com
CMT Music Awards
The 2020 CMT Music Awards have been rescheduled, and will now be celebrating country music’s biggest stars on October 14. (Originally scheduled for June 3.) cmt.com
Broadway Brunch
