Celebrity fitness trainer, author, and former U.S. Marine Erin Oprea has worked with some of the fittest names in music. In addition to training her chart-topping clientele, Oprea has authored a fitness and nutrition guide, The 4x4 Diet, and brought her signature group workouts on the road with a national CitySTRONG tour.
That's not all, eitherjust last month, Oprea led the inaugural ACM Workout for a Cause: Erin Oprea Unleashed Tour alongside special guest Kelsea Ballerini during ACM Party for a Cause festivities in Las Vegas. The high-energy group workout raised $5,000 for ACM Lifting Lives, the philanthropic arm of the Academy of Country Music.
