NuPower Yoga + Barre
NuPower Yoga + Barre was developed by Linda Fenelon in a joint family effort. Linda’s father, PACE Award-winning scientist and inventor Dr. Paul Fenelon, created the NuBell, an innovative dumbbell concept that reduces tension on the shoulder and elbow due to its cutting edge, circular design. Pairing NuBells with Linda's lifelong love of yoga and strength and flexibility training, NuPower Yoga + Barre came to life. NuPower's exclusive method combines yoga and barre with NuBells.
NuPower Yoga + Barre offers several types of traditional and restorative classes: Power classes blend active heated yoga with music linked to breath; Flow is a creative vinyasa yoga flow designed for strength flexibility and mindfulness; and Sculpt utilizes NuBells to lengthen and strengthen muscles.
