Fall is in the air, and as the seasons change so does Nashville’s ever-evolving retail landscape.
If you’re looking for a wardrobe revamp or some window-shopping eye candy, we’ve got you covered with some stunning new stores that have recently set up shop in town.
PAIGE
Another new, highly anticipated arrival joining 12 South Collection is the men’s and women’s lifestyle collection, PAIGE. The boutique showcases the many styles of expertly crafted denim that PAIGE is known for, along with additional categories including footwear, sunglasses, and more. Every PAIGE piece is strategically designed not only to be (stylishly) lived in, but to last a lifetime thanks to meticulous design and thorough wash and wear testing. The brand’s Nashville location offers an equal assortment of both men’s and women’s apparel, providing high-quality pieces for every shopper from seasonal styles to wardrobe staples.
“I’m thrilled to finally have a storefront on 12 South. The 12 South neighborhood is such a unique and thriving environment that makes it the perfect location for PAIGE’s new store. We can’t wait to connect with the Nashville community on a deeper level and welcome everyone into the new boutique,” says Co- founder and Creative Director Paige Adams-Geller.
The interior of the 1,032 square foot store was tastefully designed to embody the spirit of Music City while staying true to the brand’s style. Shoppers will notice nods to Nashville’s musical heritage blended with rustic elements throughout the store that work in beautiful harmony with PAIGE’s sleek, modern aesthetic. And it’s apparent that the boutique’s newfound home is a perfect fit for the brand’s innovation and style.
“Nashville’s vibrant and electric energy aligns perfectly with PAIGE’s DNA. This city has such a dynamic and rock n’ roll spirit that I’ve always tried to capture in our clothing, denim, footwear, eyewear, and more. It’s been a dream to find the right spot in Nashville for years, and we are so excited to be here,” Adams-Geller says. “Nashville shoppers can expect the highest quality of craftsmanship across our men’s and women’s offerings. Our team knows exactly how to find each customer’s perfect fit, and this boutique has something for everyone.” (2803 12th Ave. S. Suite 107, 615-728-0307; paige.com)
LELE SADOUGHI
The right accessory can elevate any outfit, and Lele Sadoughi has grown to become an authority on all things accessories. The brand known for its signature headbands, which are as comfortable as they are stylish, opened its doors on 12 South as part of the neighborhood’s new mixed-use development, 12 South Collection. The opening marks Lele Sadoughi’s fifth store nationally and its first in Tennessee, inviting locals and visitors alike to shop an array of accessories including unique jewelry, hats, handbags, sunglasses, and of course plenty of gorgeous, embellished headbands.
“We are thrilled to open our fifth national store in Nashville. It is a growing market with tremendous opportunity for our ladies with roots in Tennessee as well as visitors who come to experience the unique and welcoming culture of Nashville,” says Lisa Sadoughi, Founder and Creative Director. “12 South Collection in Nashville is a growing development of shops, filled with the perfect combination of locals and visitors. As a one-stop shop for accessories, we are excited to expand to Nashville, a place that appreciates all the details that we make. Lele Sadoughi is a brand known for color and maximalism. Nashville is the perfect backdrop as it is a city that celebrates music, culture, and don’t forget colorful costumes.”
The Nashville shop is bursting with the fun-loving colors and charm the brand is known for throughout every bit of its 600 square feet of space. Pretty pink patterned wallpaper is contrasted by bold black and white checkered flooring, and playful pops of bright green make the store feel inviting and enticing. It was also intentionally designed to incorporate some Music City staples, and bachelorettes are no exception. The store features a special bridal vignette, where brides-to-be and their wedding party besties can come in for try-ons.There’s even a hat wall dedicated to the brand’s take on Western flair. From the vibrant colors to the cheerful products, Lele Sadoughi is a must-visit locale for a girls’ day shopping spree.
“We designed our store to feel like a big dressing room to come and explore all accessories. It’s a perfect place to come with your girlfriends to find unique and special pieces,” Sadoughi says. “If you want to stand out and add to your wardrobe, Lele Sadoughi is the place to be.” (2803 12th Ave. S. ST. JOHN
The Mall at Green Hills is a hub for luxury shopping, and one of its newest storefronts, St. John, comes as a welcome addition to the mall’s host of high-end retailers. The boutique marks St. John’s first brick and mortar store in Nashville and is highly anticipated among the brand’s already loyal client base. The store’s opening comes as a logical extension of St. John’s longstanding relationship with Nordstrom within The Mall at Green Hills, and grants clients the opportunity to shop a more in-depth assortment of women’s clothing in a carefully curated environment.
“Clients can, of course, expect a fabulous assortment of stunning St. John apparel from glamorous black-tie gowns and cocktail dresses to versatile knits and suiting, that easily take you from the office to dinner. An eclectic mix of jackets pair perfectly with skirts and denim, while sculptural gold jewelry and our classic Loop bag complete every look,” says Mandy West, SVP Retail, Wholesale, and Buying.
And in addition to plenty of swoon-worthy styles, St. John aims to foster a sense of community through a warm and welcoming shopping experience. The team has worked diligently to create an environment where clients become friends. Since its opening, the store has already developed close relationships with clients who regularly come in to shop for special occasions, to get fresh fall styling tips, or even just for coffee and a chat.
“We really want to be a hub for the women of Nashville and look forward to hosting events and experiences that cater to the community here— supporting local charities, engaging conversations, and mentorship for businesswomen,” West says. “We are so excited to finally be here and have already received such incredible feedback from the Nashville community.” (The Mall at Green Hills, 2126 Abbott Martin Rd. #293, 615-878-3222; stjohnknits.com)
