The Printing House, located at the crossroads of Third Avenue and Peabody Street, is set to open in the spring/summer of 2024.
The hotel will tribute Nashville's printing heritage with 187 rooms and suites within an eleven-story structure that is designed to mirror a printing stamp. There is also a cafe and a garden rooftop bar which will feature live music, games, and craft cocktails.
The Printing House's aesthetic is anything but traditional and it reflects a mid-century inspired vision with low slung seating, natural rattan elements, concrete flooring, and a color palette of ice, sea foam, and charcoal hues. The cafe is moody and luxe, with black and cognac leather stools and booths, complemented by walnut and brass finishes. An opposition, the central lounge pops with colors of basil velvet, accented by the hotel's logo in black and white tile on the floor.
