Middle Tennessee Emergency Response Fund
Early Tuesday morning, The Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee activated the Middle Tennessee Emergency Response Fund. Grants from the Fund will go directly to nonprofits providing both immediate and long term aid to those affected by the tornado. To donate visit cfmt.org.
Hand's On Nashville
Hand's On Nashville is working closely with the City of Nashville and the Office of Emergency Management to ensure all of the available resources are in place to help our community. Those interested in volunteering can visit hon.org where they will be sharing individual cleanup projects as well as news and updates.
Nashville Humane Association
The Nashville Humane Association will be working closely with Metro Animal Care and Control on disaster response which includes assisting with lost and found. In addition they will be providing crates, food, blankets, leashes, collars, and other basic supplies to those affected by the tornado. For more information visit @nashvillehumane.
American Red Cross
The Nashville Chapter American Red Cross will help to identify and provide damage and needs assessment for disaster victims, and ensure that they have food, clothing, water, medications, and other basic essentials. For more information visit redcross.org.
Community Resource Center
The Community Resource Center will be accepting donations of all items other than clothing. Most needed items include personal hygiene items, bleach, trash bags, gloves, and box cutters. For more information visit crcnashville.org.
United Way

Martha O'Bryan Center
The Martha O' Bryan Center will be open with limited services on Tuesday. Their food bank will be open until 2 p.m. for anyone who needs access to food items. The Martha O' Bryan Center bus will run, as scheduled to Walmart to provide neighborhood residents transportation to purchase groceries and necessary items. For more information call (615) 254-1791.
The Grilled Cheeserie
The Grilled Cheeserie Food Truck will be located outside of Hunter's Station in East Nashville. They will be providing free sandwiches, bottles of water, and other treats as long as supplies last. Visit @thegrilledcheeserie for more info.
Salvation Army
The Salvation Army is mobilizing disaster relief teams to help those in need in Middle Tennessee. All donations will help The Salvation Army stay on the frontlines of this crisis and enable them to provide food, water, and other disaster relief services to tornado survivors and rescue workers. Second Harvest Food Bank
Second Harvest Food Bank will be open on Tuesday but they have cancelled the regular route for The Produce Truck. Red Pebbles Hospitality
Red Pebbles Hospitality will offer complimentary lunch buffets for area food and beverage workers whose places of employment have been affected by the tornado. The complimentary lunch buffets will be served at Adele’s on Wednesday, March 4, and Thursday, March 5 from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m., and at Pemrose on Friday, March 6 from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. Available exclusively to industry workers showing proof of current employment at the local restaurants closed due to tornado damage. Airbnb
Airbnb has activated its Open Homes Program in and around Nashville to help those displaced by the recent tornado and relief workers deployed to help. The program connects Airbnb hosts who are willing and able to provide free housing to displaced residents and disaster relief workers in the activation area. The Open Homes Program is available through March 24th in Nashville and surrounding areas, including the counties of Benton, Caroll, Davidson, Wilson, Putnam, and Gibson. Lyft
Lyft has activated its Disaster Response program to provide rides to help people move around the Nashville area. Discounted rides can be accessed using code NASHRELIEF20 for those evacuating to local shelters and wanting to donate blood to the American Red Cross. This code is valid for two rides, up to $15 per ride, between now and March 10. More info, including shelter and blood bank locations, can be found on Lyft's blog.
Dierks Bentleys Whiskey Row
On Monday, March 9, the downtown honky tonk will host a benefit concert featuring some of Nashville's most talented singers and songwriters. 100 percent of tickets sales from the concert and all proceeds from bar sales during the show will go to benefit Hands on Nashville. The show, which will take place on Whiskey Row's second floor, will start at 7 p.m. and include performances by Jessie James Decker, HARDY, Devin Dawson, The Band CAMINO, and more. A limited number of tickets are available for purchase on Whiskey Row's website for $50 per person with the option to purchase an additional $50 meet & greet, which will begin at 6 p.m.

Tennessee Brew Works
Tennessee Brew Works will donate $1 for every pint and $3 for every pitcher sold to The Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee's Emergency Response Fund. This fundraising initiative will continue all week through Saturday, March 7. Additionally, Tennessee Brew Works' biggest event of the year the 5th Annual Crawfish Bowl will be held on Saturday and extend the same charitable pledge for the more than one-thousand guests expected to attend.
Ellington's
Starting Wednesday, March 4, a portion of every dinner or late night bites at Ellington's restaurant will be donated to The Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee's Emergency Response Fund throughout the entire month of March. Additionally, Ellington’s Executive Chef Kristin Beringson and her team are in the planning stages of hosting a benefit dinner in the coming weeks to help the victims of the tornado.
Moxy Nashville Vanderbilt

Agape Animal Rescue
Agape Animal Rescue, in partnership with Nashville Trail Blazers Pet Care (NTB) at their new soon to be open Canine Enrichment Center in East Nashville is able to provide emergency temporary care for a few hours during the day, or for a few nights, while tornado victims are without power, house hopping, conducting repairs, etc. They are able to assist with 10-15 dogs whose owners/ families are currently displaced. The Nashville Sounds
The Nashville Sounds are encouraging any businesses or individuals to donate the following needed items to distribute: Gatorade, individually packaged snacks, toiletries, flashlights, batteries, moving boxes, trash bags, grocery bags, feminine products, baby food, diapers and baby wipes, adult diapers, work gloves, paper towels, toilet paper, blankets, and towels. The Sounds are also asking for manpower assistance from those who have pickup trucks and/or chainsaws to help in the effort to clear debris. All items to be donated can be dropped off at the Home Plate Entrance to First Horizon Park at any point from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Thursday through Sunday.
PENCIL Foundation
On Thursday, March 5, PENCIL will host a packathon of teacher supply kits and student backpacks for the teachers and students of Churchwell Magnet Elementary and Meigs Academic Magnet. PENCIL is also taking donations of school supplies for these teachers and students displaced by Tuesday morning's tornado. School supply donations can be placed in the collection boxes at Pearl Cohn Magnet High. Items to donate include disinfectant wipes, hand sanitizer, paper towels, dry erase markers, notebook paper, pencils, and copy paper.
CMT
CMT has partnered with the American Red Cross and WSMV News 4 to hold a Telethon to support disaster relief efforts in Middle Tennessee. The Telethon will air live from the CMT studio on Thursday, March 5 from 4-7 p.m. CST and will feature WSMV anchors, CMT's Cody Alan, and more talent to be announced alongside volunteers from CMT and the music industry. They will be answering phones live during the Telethon to take donations, share personal stories, and encourage support of tornado relief efforts in Middle Tennessee. The Telethon will air live on WSMV News 4 and be featured on all CMT social platforms.
Anzie Blue
Anzie Blue, the wellness coffee shop on Harding Pike, is supporting employees of businesses affected by the tornado by offering temporary work. Open interviews will be held between 9-11 a.m. on Sunday at Anzie Blue (4239 Harding Pike, Suite 4). Those interested can also email liz@anzieblue.com.
Les Dames d’Escoffier Nashville
On Friday, March 6, Les Dames d'Escoffier Nashville and Second Harvest Food Bank of Middle Tennessee, along with area restaurants and purveyors, invite the North Nashville community to a hot lunch at the Slim & Husky’s parking lot from 11:00 a.m. to 2 p.m. Restaurants and purveyors will include Puckett's, Morph Hospitality, Etch, Deacon's New South, Marsh House, Bear Creek Farms, Charpier's Bakery, Masada Bakery, Taziki's, Dessert Designs, Goo Goo Clusters, Bongo Java, Gordon Food Services, and cookies from all over Nashville.

Metro Parks
Metro Parks' regional and neighborhood centers are open and serving a variety of community functions during this recovery period. They are encouraging people, particularly those looking to give their children structured activities in a safe environment, to find one of the the 27 community centers throughout the city. In addition to their regular functions, several facilities are serving as shelters for the community. O-Ku will be donating a portion of proceeds from all appetizers and a speciality cocktail to the Community Foundation's Middle Tennessee Emergency Response Fund. The event will feature drink specials, live music from Coolio and more, and multiple spots to keep track of March Madness. This year, "The Lucky Sasquatch" will be turned into a fundraising opportunity to benefit those affected by the tornados. $1 for every drink sold will be donated to Visit Music City's #NashvilleStrong #KeepTheMusicPlaying tornado relief fund. The gold used to create the necklace is scrap metal recycled from older projects. All profits will be donated to this family to help them get their business up and running and home restored. The Tide Loads of Hope Mobile Laundry Unit has been deployed to support relief and recovery efforts. Operated by P&G and Matthew 25: Ministries, the Tide Loads of Hope mobile laundry vehicles will begin services in Nashville on Saturday, March 7, providing free full-service laundry to residents affected. Residents can bring clothes (up to two loads per household) to be washed, dried and folded free of charge. All washable clothing types can be accepted with the exception of heavy bedding. P&G will also be distributing free personal care kits with everyday essentials needed to meet basic hygiene and home care needs as well as cleaning supplies directly out into the affected areas.

Martin's Bar-B-Que Joint and Hugh-Baby's BBQ & Burger Shop are partnering with Project Connect Nashville on Thursday, March 12 to assist with tornado relief in Nashville at the corner of DB Todd and Knowles Street. Project Connect Nashville and volunteers will be on-site from 9am to 5pm today, and Martin’s and Hugh-Baby’s will be serving food from 3pm to 5pm. Auburn University Men’s Basketball Team will be on hand at 3pm, in partnership with the Church of the City, transferring supplies, handing out meals, and more giving hope to the locals in the community.
