The self-guided tour offers attendees the opportunity to walk through living spaces for sale, rent, or privately owned, and to find design inspiration or see what downtown living is really like!
The ticketed event provides an exclusive look into the city’s rapidly evolving downtown neighborhoods and brings in a variety of attendees, from real estate agents and design professionals to prospective buyers/renters, and curious locals.
With a $15 ticket, you can browse properties in multiple downtown neighborhoods, including the Downtown Core, Sobro, and The Gulch.

150 4th Avenue North, Ground Level Tenant Lounge (Enter off Commerce Street)
Pick up your access bracelet and tour map at the Home Tour Welcome Center. Hang around for fun games and prizes or head straight to the tour.
Getting Around
The Partnership’s ParkIt Downtown Express shuttles will loop the tour route. This shuttle service is free to ticket holders (with wrist band). You may visit the tour stops in any order and at your own pace between noon and 5 p.m.
Parking
Park in the SP Plus Garage at 310 Commerce Street and bring your parking ticket with you for validation.
