For decades, owner and proprietor Seema Prasad has taught servers, wine shop salespeople and small private classes about wine. Join us as she opens this class to others who want to learn wine from the ground up. 3 classes will be offered to discuss topics ranging from grapes, regions, flavor profiles, adjectives to describe wines, comparing & contrasting and food pairing. Jump into which ever class interests you the most.

301 will focus on comparing and contrasting wines, food pairings and laterals.
