For decades, owner and proprietor Seema Prasad has taught servers, wine shop salespeople and small private classes about wine. Join us as she opens this class to others who want to learn wine from the ground up. 3 classes will be offered to discuss topics ranging from grapes, regions, flavor profiles, adjectives to describe wines, comparing & contrasting and food pairing. Think: Arneis, Nerello Mascalese, Listan Negro and so many more. In this class we will focus on flavor profiles, adjectives to describe wines.
