Truffle season has arrived at Carne Mare, and the Italian chophouse in the heart of the Gulch will be celebrating the best of white truffle season with their annual Trufflepalooza specials. From Wednesday, Dec. 11 through Sunday, Dec. 22, this chef-inspired event will feature à la carte truffle specials in the main dining room like bluefin tuna carpaccio, mushroom raviolo, veal cheek and artisanal cow’s cheese with wild honey.
