Are you ready to challenge yourself, empower youth, and create a more equitable community with the Racial Justice Collective?

This youth-led workshop explores how implicit bias is a direct impact of cognitive, social, and environmental factors. By the end of the workshop, participants will have had a chance to examine cognitive processes, analyze social influences, have an open dialogue, and practice empathy.

These youth-led workshops are facilitated by highly trained youth leaders participating in a collaboration between Diversity Talks and Rhode Island for Community and Justice. The admission fee will go towards both organizations. Learn more about RICJ and DT below:
