Group Sound Meditation
These group sound meditations are intended to ground and connect the body, mind and spirit through conscious breathwork, chanting, light movement, meditation and gong.
Join us as we explore our authentic Self with loving curiousity and ultimately work to uncover authentic Self-awareness utilizing mindfulness and meditation. This sacred space is a time to quiet the mind, find balance, and connect with a group of like-minded friends with similar experiences and intentions.
