Join Amanda for 45 minutes of strength training through various body weight exercises. With experience in personal training and group fitness coaching, Amanda will lead you through various circuits, working all areas and moving blood to your entire body. This workout will mix elements of pilates with elements of a HIIT workout, to bring you the perfect combination of strong and elongated muscles.
