Fleet Feet Nashville’s Annual Summer Trail Mixer Series is back!
Beginning Thursday, June 13th, at 6 p.m., meet us every Thursday night through July 25th (excluding July 4th) at the Deep Wells Trailhead in Percy Warner Park. If you’re new to trail running or are a trail runner new to Nashville, this is a great opportunity to learn all about one of our favorite trail systems.
We’ll go over trail etiquette and some basics like how to run the hills (hint: you don’t!). You’ll get to choose either the White Trail (2.5 mile loop) or Red Trail (4.5 mile loop) and the opportunity to try out some trail shoes and enjoy the trail community
