Dave Mason's Traffic Jam
Dave Mason — one of the founders of the band Traffic — left the band in 1969 to pursue a successful solo career in the U.S. Dave Mason’s Traffic Jam will include fan favorites and deep cuts from Traffic along with other songs that share the story of and important milestones in a powerful era of rock n’ roll history. Multimedia visuals, a dynamic set list and firsthand stories and memories will enhance the show.
Dave Mason has written more than 100 songs and has earned three gold albums — Alone Together, Dave Mason and Mariposa De Oro — and one platinum album, Let It Flow, which contains the hit single “We Just Disagree.” In addition, he has performed on or contributed to a number of well-known albums, including the Rolling Stones’ Beggars Banquet, George Harrison’s All Things Must Pass, Paul McCartney & Wings’ Venus and Mars and the Jimi Hendrix Experience’s Electric Ladyland. Mason has also collaborated with Jim Capaldi, Eric Clapton, Rita Coolidge, Delaney & Bonnie, Michael Jackson, Graham Nash, Leon Russell, Stephen Stills, Steve Winwood, Stevie Wonder, Ron Wood and others.
