Love Language invites you to the ultimate celebration of food and flavor with a five-course prix-fixe menu on New Year’s Eve. Curated by Executive Chef Marcus Rhodes, each culturally rich dish represents new beginnings as we welcome 2024.

Food is our Love Language. Whether we’re your starting point for a night on the town or your destination for relaxed elegance, we look forward to ringing in the New Year with a dinner party that is uniquely Nashville.

Lobster Bisque - brandy, vermouth, lemon creme fraiche

Winter Salad - arugula, pear, pomegranate, radish, crispy shallot, truffle vinaigrette (VG)

SECOND COURSE (for the table)

L.L. Cheese & Charcuterie

THIRD COURSE (choose one)

Oysters - Varjus mignonette, Calabrian chili

Burgandy Escargot - hotel matire'd butter, baguette

Brandy Sage Pate - served on rye with orange marmalade, black onion relish

FOURTH COURSE (choose one)

Orange Duck Confit - braised red cabbage, currants, green apples, carrots

Braised Short Ribs - sweet potato mash, raisin sauce, sage gremolata

Grilled Salmon - spaghetti squash pepe, caper beurre blanc

Pappardelle - asparagus, fava bean, Spanish mojo, cotija, micro cilantro (VG)

FIFTH COURSE (choose one)

Sparkling Grapefruit Float - grapefruit sorbet, spiced vanilla ice cream, Chandon pour over

Ruffled Milk Pie - layers of filo, chai spiced custard
