Presented by our friend, and certified Wim Hof method instructor Steven Roccazzella, this 2 hour class will feature a guided breathwork and cold exposure experience incorporating the techniques that have made Wim Hof the most famous cold plunge ambassador in the world. No prior experience is necessary. Please wear your swim suit and any other weather appropriate clothing to be outdoors. We'll have everything else you need, including hydration, towels, sandals and restrooms. An informational email will be sent in the week prior to the class.
