Ingredients:
- 2 1⁄2 oz Batch (1 1⁄2 oz Wild Turkey, 1⁄2 oz Licor 43, 1⁄2 oz vanilla syrup)
- 1 oz Grapefruit
- 1⁄2 oz Lemon
Directions:
To make this riff on the classic Brown Derby, mix ingredients, then top with orange cream soda and serve in a beer glass.
“Espresso” Martini
Ingredients:
- 1 1⁄2 oz Nardini Grappa Bianca
- 3⁄4 oz Averna Amaro
- 1 oz Crema Tres Banderas cold brew concentrate
- 1⁄4 oz salted dark brown sugar & coffee syrup
Directions:
Inspired by a caffè corretto, our version of the popular espresso martini starts with Grappa Bianca to bring in a fruity base that we can build on with the stone fruit and chocolate flavors that will come from the Tres Banderas cold brew. We round them out with the bitter citrus and herbal notes found in Averna Amaro and balance it all with brown sugar and salt.
