Jackson or mixing one up from the comfort of home, this recipe is sure to be on rotation for countless summers to come.
BUSINESS AS YUZUAL
Ingredients:
- 3⁄4 oz Gin
- 3⁄4 oz Ferrand yuzu curacao
- 3⁄4 oz Lillet Blanc
- 1⁄2 oz Sesame syrup
- 1⁄4 oz Ginger syrup
- 3⁄4 oz Lemon juice
Directions:
- Fill your shaker with ice of your choice (our preference is crushed).
- Add 3⁄4 oz of your favorite gin. Add 3⁄4 oz of Ferrand’s yuzu curacao. Add 3⁄4 oz of Lillet Blanc. Add 1⁄2 oz of sesame syrup. Add 1⁄4 oz of ginger syrup. Add 3⁄4 oz of freshly squeezed lemon juice.
- Shake! Shake! Shake! Strain the cocktail into a rocks glass over ice. If crushed ice is used, pour the cocktail and ice directly into a rocks glass – no need to strain!
- Top with your garnish of choice (we prefer an origami crane, but a lemon peel works just fine).
- Enjoy!
