BROWN BUTTER OLD FASHIONED

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Butter-washed rum
  • 1⁄4 oz Spiced demerara
  • 1 dash Mole bitters
  • 1 dash Orange bitters
  • (Old fashioned glass, orange peel)

Directions:

  1. Combine ingredients in a mixing glass and fill with ice.
  2. Stir for 8-10 seconds, then strain into an old fashioned glass filled with fresh ice.
  3. Garnish with an orange peel.
