Acqua — the new concept by James Beard Award winning Chef RJ Cooper — is a sea-life, avant-garde restaurant focusing on the flavors of the Italian coastlines.
Charting the tide for restaurant culture, Acqua pairs exquisite seafood with delicious Italian wines to indulge your senses. Taste fourteen to sixteen courses of seafood and one land course, plus wine pairings along with tasty cocktails.
“This is the story of rarified worlds colliding to create a modern and chic institution,” says Cooper. “At Acqua, the authentic, bracing flavors of coastal Italy meet the style and swagger of Nashville to form a new, one-of-a-kind culinary journey.”
Dining room reservations are available on Tock and dinner costs $150 per person for 2 to 4 guests. For a more elevated experience, book the chef’s table, which costs $185 per person for groups of 4 to 8. The chic space is located adjacent to Cooper’s Germantown restaurant, Saint Stephen.
