Soulshine Pizza Factory is raising the bar along Division. The Mississippi-based chain is named for an Allman Brothers song so, naturally, music plays a big role here in the form of artwork and a huge stage on the second floor. The expansive first floor offers cozy seating and an outdoor patio is under construction but should be finished in time for warm weather. But the real reason we're going back? For more of those delicious pies.
With more than a dozen varieties of pizza Soulshine is bringing inventive creations to Music City (along with hot tamales, and a slew of sandwiches and salads). The super casual and affordable menu fills a much-needed void in Midtown's lunch options. Count us in for mid-day tastings of everything from their signature crawfish soup to their popular ‘Bob Marley' pizza featuring smoked pulled chicken and Jamaica jerk seasoning.
