It’s no secret that much of the space was designed with Nashville specifically in mind.
“The hotel tells the narrative of the people, places, and innovations unique to Nashville and nearby Vanderbilt University, says General Manager Greg Bradley. “The lobby has a lively energy symbolic of the theatrical and entertainment-driven elements of the city, while guest rooms have a more warm, residential personality.”

He says the public spaces—like the lobby coffee bar and the adjoining karaoke bar—were also created with Music City in mind.
“Graduate Nashville takes a fresh, yet playful, perspective on the city, encouraging guests and locals alike to hang out, let their hair down, and simply enjoy themselves,” says Bradley.
“We hope to continue to be a gathering place for the community, whether they’re enjoying a coffee from Poindexter or a night fueled with karaoke at Cross-Eyed Critters.”
