Sparkling Wine Cocktails

Seelbach

Classic southern drink named after a Louisville hotel. Refreshing, complex and easy to make.
Ingredients:
1 oz Buffalo Trace Bourbon
1 oz Cointreau
3 dashes angostura
3 dashes Peychaud's

Instructions:
Stir bourbon, Cointreau, and bitters briefly in a mixing glass and strain into a champagne flute. Top with sparkling wine. Garnish with an orange peel.

French Revived

Ingredients:
1 oz. Hendrick’s Gin
1 oz. St-Germain
1/2 oz. Yazi Ginger Vodka or Domain de Canton ginger liqueur
1/4 oz. lemon juice
1/4 oz. lime juice
1/4 oz. grapefruit juice
2 oz. Korbel champagne

Instructions:
Shake ingredients and strain into a champagne flute. Top with sparklign wine and garnish with lemon.

Black Velvet

I chose this because it's a great cold weather beverage that is about as easy as it gets to make.
Ingredients:
1.5 oz Black Abbey Wicket Gate Stout

Instructions:
In a champagne flute, top the stout with cava or whatever bubbly you have laying around.
