Classic southern drink named after a Louisville hotel. Refreshing, complex and easy to make. Ingredients: 1 oz Buffalo Trace Bourbon 1 oz Cointreau 3 dashes angostura 3 dashes Peychaud's
Instructions: Stir bourbon, Cointreau, and bitters briefly in a mixing glass and strain into a champagne flute. Top with sparkling wine. Garnish with an orange peel.
