Nashville restauranteurs will be taking the classic Goo Goo Cluster to another level this summer with their own special flavors. Each of the 8 chefs have teamed up with Goo Goo's Confectionery Kitchen Manager Lauren Garcia to invent their own Premium Goo Goo Cluster.
The series runs through September with up to three chefs featured each month. Sample each new Goo Goo at the shop in Downtown Nashville, and taste all the cluster combinations at the Music City Food + Wine Festival happening September 19-20, 2015.
Summer Series Chefs:
Matt Bolus (404 Kitchen) Delaney Old Fashioned: made with buttermilk Belle Meade bourbon caramel, toasted pecans, marshmallow nougat and orange bitters.
