Natalie and Patrick met in Seaside, Florida several years before they started dating. After Natalie graduated from college, she moved to Nashville, where she ran into Patrick againand the rest is history.
Patrick pulled off the ultimate surprise proposal when he got down on one knee at his own surprise birthday party (planned by his bride-to-be!). 'And yes, I did grab the ring out of the box and put it on my own hand,” Natalie laughs. 'I just could hardly stand waiting!”
After the couple said 'I do” at Woodmont Christian Church, guests were treated to a cocktail hour at Citizen, followed by a chic, romantic reception at The Rosewall. The newlyweds shared a private meal upstairs before dancing the night away with friends and family. At one point, Patrick's groomsmen even challenged Natalie's bridesmaids to a dance-off. 'Of course, the bridesmaids took home the win,” Natalie shares.
'Don't sweat the small stuff. Remember the reason behind all of the flowers and décor is the joining of two families, and at the end of the day, that's what matters most!”
