Completely suited to the comfort in the bond that these two clearly share, Chelsea and John were engaged while on a typical walk through Percy Warner Park with their beloved dog, Sunny.

“Our wedding day was so special to us and it symbolized the beginning of our life together as a family,” Chelsea shared.

After a sentimental ceremony at Woodmont Christian Church, the couple celebrated with loved ones and close friends at The Frist Learning Center courtyard in Cheekwood. That relaxed ambiance carried over to the design, with loosely gathered florals in light blues punctuated by deep navy and little bits of lighthearted glam, like the glitzy cake table. The affection for the happy duo was so evident throughout the celebration.

“We could feel so much love and support in the space and that meant the world to us,” they said.

The Downtown Band kept the dance floor spirits high, playing all the crowd favorites, and it was a memorable and lovely event for all who attended.

“We had given some input, but a lot of the design details were left to our wonderful planners at Big Events, and we couldn’t believe how beautiful it all came together,” Chelsea summarized.
