In your own words, how would you describe what you do?
Caitlin: After spending 15 years as a business owner and service provider in the skincare and wellness industry, I am in a wild new period of my professional life now, balancing two new careers. WolfHart Productions is the passion project that started right after I sold my long-time business. It has blossomed into more than we could have imagined and been my most instantly successful endeavor to date. At WolfHart Productions, we host immersive events in Nashville that involve theatrical performances, over-the-top decor, food, beverages, and activities that make guests feel completely immersed in a story. My 9-5 job is as a talent agent at Dulcedo Management, where I manage influencers and get to work on creative marketing campaigns for all kinds of companies
Jenna: I’ve spent the last 15 years building businesses, leading teams, and creating experiences centered around connection, transformation, and belonging. I’m the founder of The Lotus Room, an Ayurvedic wellness studio in Nashville, and cofounder of WolfHart Productions, the company behind the Nashville Fantasy Ball.
Many women wear more than one hat — professionally or personally. What’s a part of your story that doesn’t fit neatly into your job title?
Caitlin: I am also a mom to a special-needs child. Juggling motherhood and all of the extra care that goes into supporting my child’s unique needs is a job in and of itself.
What challenges did you face early on, and what challenges are you navigating today?
Jenna: Early on, the challenge was simply staying in the game. Building a business from scratch, navigating the pandemic, and carrying the responsibility of a team tested me in ways I couldn’t have anticipated. Today, it’s learning how to grow sustainably while staying aligned with my values. One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned is that leadership requires letting go. Building a team, developing future leaders, and trusting others with what you’ve built can be just as challenging as starting in the first place.
How do you define success — and has that definition changed over time?
Jenna: Success used to mean growth, milestones, and external achievement. Today, it means alignment. Creating meaningful work, supporting my family, maintaining my health, nurturing my creativity, and having the freedom to spend my time intentionally. The older I get, the more success feels like wholeness.
What advice would you offer young women who hope to follow a path similar to yours?
Caitlin: Always chase exactly what lights you up, but at the same time, always be flexible and fluid. Be willing to change your business model, grow with the times, and understand what is needed and valuable in the current moment, and be ready to adapt.
