DAY IN THE LIFE
No two days look the same, but that’s what I love about it. I oversee the financials and operations for Onward Real Estate, but more than that, I’m focused on building systems, supporting people, and making sure we’re always moving forward. Whether it’s solving a problem, launching a new initiative, or helping an agent succeed, my role is about staying adaptable and making sure the company continues to grow with intention across Middle Tennessee.
CHALLENGES FACED
Starting Onward just over a year ago came with plenty of challenges, but they were the good kind. Building something from the ground up, opening four offices in a short time, and growing a new company brought all of us together and helped shape our culture quickly. Earlier in my career, the challenges looked different — trying to balance work, a young family, and all the roles I was juggling. It was overwhelming at times, but I’ve been lucky to have a strong support system.
THE NASHVILLE WAY
Nashville has played a huge role — real estate here is directly tied to our regional economy. The growth and energy of Middle Tennessee have created incredible opportunities, and being part of that development has shaped both my career and our company’s trajectory
