DAY IN THE LIFE
I’m the Co-Founder of TRILUNA, a wellness and events company born from the desire to turn passion into opportunity. At TRILUNA, we create transformative wellness experiences for corporate and community spaces. One of the things I love most about our work is helping other wellness professionals gain access to clients and spaces they might never have reached on their own. It’s about creating impact, building relationships, and opening doors.
STEPS TAKEN
TRILUNA is the product of a lot of passion and experience. My business partner and I come from both marketing and sales backgrounds, so we leaned into those skill sets — building connections, pushing through adversity, and continually promoting the brand. A lot of my past career — recruiting, sales, and account management — directly shaped our business model. TRILUNA operates like an agency: we recruit talent, manage accounts, and develop business and events. Those same skills also support my speaking and coaching career.
DEFINING SUCCESS
Recently, I’ve redefined success. For me, success is living fully in my purpose — being a resource and opening doors for others. It’s standing on stages as a Black woman, knowing I’m creating space and representation for the next generation. Success also looks like peace — time with myself, my husband, my plants, good books, and great meals with friends and family. It’s living a life I designed around passion and purpose.
