Dr. Natalie Curcio

Nashville is at the center of Dr. Natalie M. Curcio’s pathway to medicine and entrepreneurship.
She studied at Vanderbilt University, where she completed her undergraduate studies, medical studies, and her dermatology residency. It's also the place she decided to open her private practice in 2014.
"The city of Nashville has created the opportunity for me to build my unique boutique private practice and achieve my dreams of building a nationally-recognized brand in dermatology," she shared.

“Dermatology is a wonderful specialty because it encompasses a wide spectrum of conditions,” says Curcio. “I share my time primarily between treating skin cancer and performing cosmetic procedures. Furthermore, owning my own private practice affords me the flexibility to participate in clinical trials, advisory boards, conferences, volunteer medical care, and legislative advocacy to further the field of dermatology and advocate for the interests of patients.”
Curcio spends her free time traveling and learning about new people and cultures. She even speaks five languages. And she thanks her career journey for teaching her that it's essential to be present.
"I was always so focused on what I was going to do in the next two or three stages of my life that it was hard to enjoy the moment,” she says. “Live more for today and enjoy the now.”
