Female Urology of Nashville is a unique concept clinic designed to provide premium care for women for their urologic and intimate health.
The group was started in 2017 by three female urologists who were already well-established in Nashville: Dr. Marcy Abel, Dr. Tara Allen and Dr. Harriette Scarpero. They are unique amongst most other urologists in the country in that they are also board-certified in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery and focus only on women.
Our physicians are united in their passion for addressing and treating all issues involving women’s urinary health including bladder leakage, pelvic prolapse, kidney stones, recurrent bladder infections, chronic pelvic pain and many more. In addition to their expertise in urinary health, they also offer many solutions for women’s sexual health issues such as decreased sensitivity, satisfaction or desire as well as pain with sexual activity.
In our experience, we have seen many women unnecessarily suffer due to their urologic issues not being appropriately acknowledged.
