Dr. Megan Girmscheid has become one of the premier providers for high-fear patients in the state. Having practiced for nearly eight years in the Nashville area, she found her home at Dental Bliss Franklin in 2016. Patients travel from all over the southeast to receive her care because of the spa-like office environment, her compassionate/listening-focused bedside manner, and her gentle approach to every patient and family. In her free time she loves learning and perfecting her craft. What she enjoys most is cosmetic dentistry — creating the perfect smile. She believes that “your smile changes everything.” At Dental Bliss Franklin, Dr. Girmscheid offers options for every patient, from holistic methods to full mouth rehabilitation. She helps them gain confidence and get the healthy beautiful smile they have always dreamed of. Dr. Girmscheid received a Bachelors of Sciences from the University of Kentucky. She then attended the University of Louisville School Of Dentistry, where she received a Doctorate of Medical Dentistry (DMD) degree. To make things even more interesting, she has a minor in Vocal Performance and plays classical violin. Megan lives in Franklin with her husband Derek, her daughter Grace, and their two dogs. Together, they enjoy spending time outdoors, attending local family events, and traveling.
