What accomplishment are you most proud of?
I am most proud of taking a risk on myself in 2019, trusting my gut, and following a mission to help people in whatever way possible.
What is your self-care routine?
Your routine creates your life — the physical comes as extra when we can nail down the mental. I practice journaling, gratitude, guided meditation, reading, and sauna/cold plunge just about every day. On the physical side, which also leads to great mental clarity, I work out 5 – 6 times a week, run 4 – 5 times a week, and cycle 1 – 2 times a week, depending on what I am training for. I try to spend at least 45 minutes in the sun each day and get 10,000 steps every day.
