Occupation: Offensive Tackle, Tennessee Titans

What accomplishment are you most proud of?
Getting drafted to the Titans as a first-round pick was an incredible day for me and my family, but as far what I’m most proud of, I would say my best days are ahead of me.
Who is someone you consider a hero and why?
My high school coach at IMG Academy, George Hegamin. As a kid, going to IMG Academy all the way across the country from my then-home of Wisconsin was not an easy transition. On the field I was switching positions to one I’d never played, doing so at a school that is highly touted with elite competition. Having him be there for me and guiding me through it allowed me to grow and stay grounded.
What is your self-care routine?
My daily routine includes positive affirmations and planning my work, because confidence comes from preparation. As an athlete, I really value body maintenance, making sure I’m putting the right things not only in my body, but outside of it and around it. An example of self-care like that would be a simple manicure or pedicure. Some people may think that athletes don’t take care of their bodies in little ways like that, but it really goes a long way. I believe the phrase “look good, feel good, play good” carries weight, so I like to shop as well. It’s all about what you do that makes you feel good. Most importantly, I take time for my religion; I consistently try to pray and thank God for all the things he has done for me and those around me.
