What accomplishment are you most proud of?
I'm most proud of my role in the launch of FIFPRO's first Postpartum Return to Play Guide. There was very little guidance for players and FIFA to follow when it came to maternity and postpartum for women's soccer players globally before this guide. I managed to have all three of my children during my playing career without any guidance from my employers. It feels great to tangibly leave women's soccer better than I found it. (Winning the National Championship with Florida State University in 2014 and being named the Most Valuable Offensive player in the NCAA tournament was a close second.)
Who has been the greatest influence in your life?
Jordan, my husband, has been instrumental in my success on and off the field. He has been the most consistent example for me when it comes to discipline, drive, and most importantly, how he treats everyone he encounters.
What is your self-care routine?
I go to the gym to lift four times a week with some type of cardio and get an IV once a month as well. I read my bible every morning. I visit Skin Pharm four times a year, at least, and it has been a game-changer for my skin. I love to get their gold infusion skin treatment and most recently have tried the PRP infusion with it. I also make sure I get at least eight hours of sleep
