What organization are you affiliated with and why is it important to you?
I like working with St. Jude because I’ve seen firsthand the impact they make. My friend was a patient there, and the care she received was life-changing. It means a lot to me that families never receive a bill, allowing them to focus on their child’s healing without the stress of finances. Being part of that effort feels deeply meaningful and personal to me.
What is your self-care routine?
Staying healthy and active is extremely important to me. I mix weightlifting with cardio, [either] running, cycling, or swimming. Plus, hot yoga at my favorite local studio, Fahrenheit Yoga. Getting steps in with my dogs at Percy Warner and Radnor. When it’s time for a facial, I go between Splendid Skin and Jessie Hardaway at Nashville Skin Studio. When I need to detox, I love to spend time in the oxygen saunas at Form Wellness and the infrared saunas at Pure Sweat Float.
What is your definition of beauty?
As cliché as it is, beauty is from within. Beauty comes from how you treat others who can do nothing for you, people you disagree with, and people on different walks of life than you.
