Every week, popular Gulch restaurant Sunda New Asian is giving back to the local community by providing 100 free meals to those affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.
From people who have lost their jobs and children experiencing food insecurity to medical personnel and those in the hospitality industry, Sunda Service was founded with the mission to help the local community during these trying times.
"This is really what Southeast Asian culture is all about—feeding, family, and sharing with the community," says owner of Sunda New Asian, Billy Dec.
This philanthropic collaboration is powered by the Sunda Family, Dec's new creative agency COACT, charitable 501c3 organizations, and various donations as they continue to raise funds to keep this program going as long as it is needed.
