Sonic Automotive officially broke ground on the future Porsche Downtown Nashville Sales and Service Center on Thursday, June 25, marking a major milestone for luxury automotive expansion in the city.
The 9 a.m. ceremony took place at the construction site at 15 Lindsley Ave., where company leaders, local officials, and invited guests gathered to celebrate the project’s launch. Maria Moncada Alaoui, Porsche brand vice president for Sonic Automotive, joined Cody Bender, general manager of Porsche of Nashville, for the occasion, alongside community leaders and stakeholders.
The event highlighted the brand’s continued investment in Nashville and its growing luxury market. Once complete, the downtown sales and service center is expected to offer a new level of access and experience for Porsche owners and enthusiasts in the area.
The groundbreaking signaled not just the start of construction, but a new chapter for Porsche in Music City.
